Do I need a consultation for my service?​

A consultation isn’t required for every service, however we want to make sure that you are fully informed to ensure you receive the results you are looking to achieve. This is included in the service you are considering. To help your stylist to properly prepare for your visit, we recommend you book a consultation up to 2 days prior to service date.

Do you take walk-ins?

At this time, we do not accept ​walk-ins however, you may try our online schedule to see if there is time available.

Why do you have to shampoo & treat my hair before my service?

While we understand the importance of time, we put the health of your hair first. So we require the extra step of shampoo & treating your hair to ensure that it’s in the best condition for your service & to get the results we are looking for.

  • We recommend washing your hair 48 hours prior to your appointment if you are receiving color services such; highlights, foliage, or balayage. Doing so will prevent scalp irritation and ensure the color performs as it should.

  • ​If you have allergies, please alert your stylist to ensure they have ample time to prepare alternate product.

  • Some of our extensions services do not include a shampoo, however, you may add it on.

  • Carefully read through the service notes when booking.

Why Are There No Refunds on Services?

Our goal is to ensure every client leaves satisfied with their service. However, due to the nature of hairstyling, extensions, and chemical treatments, **we do not offer refunds** on services. Instead, we provide a **7-day adjustment period** where you can bring up any concerns. During this period, we will happily make the necessary adjustments to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.

Can I bring my own hair products for my stylist to use?

No. We do not use outside products, unless prescribed by a medical professional. No exceptions.​​

Can I bring in my own extensions?

All in salon installments (custom wigs, tape-ins, clip-ins etc.) must be hair supplied by us. We pre-shampoo & treat each of our human hair enhancements to ensure the quality & hygiene of our brand. For this reason, we do not allow outside hair to be brought in. This includes any human hair that is not purchased directly from us.

However, we do allow the use of synthetic hair. The hair must be clean and free of any residue before receiving service an in salon service.

  • We do provide synthetic hair.

May I bring guests to the salon for my appointment?

No. To extend the courtesy to other clients who may be serviced. Anyone not getting serviced, will not be permitted to enter the salon.

  • We do not allow extra guests in the salon. If you have to bring your children, please notify your stylist in advance.

How long does it take to receive my hair extensions after placing an order?

We are excited for you to receive your new hair extensions, and we strive to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. After placing your order, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. How long does it take to ship the A Touch Of Faith Hair product?

We take pride in creating high-quality organic hair products that are handmade in house and specialy made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please allow up to 14 days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Rest assured that we are working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its progress. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to deliver the best quality products to you. Do you ship internationally?

​ No, we currently do not offer international shipping.​
