Our Salon Policy Is Simple:

We believe everyone is entitled, to their own opinions and beliefs. However, to foster a serene and peaceful environment, we have ask you refrain from speaking on the following; Religion; Politics; & Profanity.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so here's our cancellation policy:

All cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will be honored with a full refund. You may also choose to reschedule for a different date/time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will forfeit 50% of the service cost. No shows will be charged the full 100% of the booked service cost. We also have a 15 minute grace period for all guests, we encourage a courtesy call if you believe you will be running late for your appointment. Failure to notify your stylist of your ETA may result in automatic cancellation.

Client Satisfaction Disclaimer

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However; if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify your stylist within 7 days of your appointment. We are committed to working with you to make any necessary modifications to ensure your satisfaction.

**Please note that all services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we are happy to make adjustments within the 7-day window to meet your expectations.
