We understand that life can be unpredictable, so here's our cancellation policy: All cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time will be honored with a full refund. You may also choose to reschedule for a different date/time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will forfeit 50% of the service cost. No shows will be charged the full 100% of the booked service cost. We also have a 15 minute grace period for all guests, we encourage a courtesy call if you believe you will be running late for your appointment. Failure to notify your stylist of your ETA may result in automatic cancellation. Thank you for understanding.
